Taurus and CBC are present at IDEX 2023, the largest defense exhibition in the Middle East, in Abu Dhabi
Taurus and Companhia Brasileira de Cartuchos (CBC), the main arms and ammunition manufacturers in the world, participate in the International Defense Exhibition and Conference (IDEX), the largest Defense event in the Middle East, which takes place between February 20th and 24th 2023 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC) in the United Arab Emirates.
IDEX has more than 1,350 exhibitors, from 65 countries, in an area of 165,000 m² divided into 12 pavilions. The event is expected to attract around 130,000 visitors, including key representatives from government departments, Armed Forces and militaries from across the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa) and other countries, with one great opportunity for Taurus and CBC to stand out as Brazilian companies that are among the leaders in the segment, promoting technologies, innovations and the broad portfolio of products developed, and consequently closing large contracts, expanding sales in the foreign market and generating business for Brazil.
At the modern stand of Taurus and CBC, nº 09-A04, located in Pavilion Brasil, Hall 9, the brands present to the public their broad portfolios of weapons and ammunition.
Taurus is exhibiting at this year's IDEX edition of weapons models recognized internationally by the military, police and security forces, such as the Taurus T4 rifle in 5.56 caliber in various versions, as well as the T4 rifle in .300BLK caliber with 9-inch barrel and the ST12 Tactical Full shotgun.
Also noteworthy is the renowned line of TSeries weapons, including the TS9, TH9 and TH9c pistols, as well as the SMT9 submachine gun.
Visitors will also be able to find at the Taurus stand the GX4 pistol, which won the most important award in the US gun industry – the coveted Handgun of the Year 2022 award from the North American magazine GUNS & AMMO, the pistols of the G3 line, among them the compact G3c and the G3 T.O.R.O (Taurus Optic Ready Option), a version that allows you to receive Red Dot optical sights, and the 9mm caliber PT92 and .45ACP caliber 1911 pistols.
Companhia Brasileira de Cartuchos (CBC) will present the complete portfolio of military ammunition, with emphasis on calibers .300BLK, 5.56x45mm, 7.62x51mm, 12.7x99mm (.50) and 40x53mm.
